The unlawful manufacturing, distribution, possession or use of a controlled substance, including cannabis (marijuana, hashish) is prohibited on all job sites. | |

All employees shall conform to this policy, which prohibits the use, sale, purchase or possession of alcoholic beverages illegal drugs, narcotics or controlled substances on company property, our job sites or in comany vehicles. | |

Employees are required to inform the job foreman of any criminal drug statute conviction for a job site violation no later than five days after such conviction. | |

Drinking or the possession of alcoholic beverages on the job, reporting for work or driving a company vehicle under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs will be cause for immediate dismissal. Management and supervisory personnel will be responsible for enforcing this policy on all job sites.
